This cloudy rain day just needed a sparkly fruit and yogurt shake. I was in a pink and berry kinda mood but you could do this same recipe with frozen mango or peach.
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
colored sprinkles of your choice
2 6 oz. containers of yogurt – flavor of your choice
1 10 oz. bag of frozen strawberries, raspberries, mango or peach
2 frozen bananas
Topping ideas: toasted coconut, fresh fruit, fun straws, drink umbrellas.
Method of Preparation:
In a large glass or plastic measuring cup, melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave (1 minute at a time at half power, stirring, in between 1 minute intervals. It should take about 4 mins total) Be careful not to burn your white chocolate.
Dip the top of your glasses in the white chocolate or drizzle it on the edges. Sprinkle the sides of your glasses with colored sprinkles or shredded coconut.
In a blender, combine the fruit and yogurt and blend until smooth.
Serve with desired toppings
